Natalie and her team of chefs pride themselves on the taste and quality of the food from our kitchens. We use fresh, local ingredients whenever possible, offering an extensive variety of meals and snacks. See our seasonal menu.

It's good, honest, home-cooked, traditional fare of the kind most of us love to eat but that's now so often missing from the menus of many fancy restaurants.

For your special occasions or get togethers you can book exclusive use of our separate Dining Room where we can accommodate up to 30 people for a sit-down meal.

Dogs are allowed in our top bar so you are able to enjoy a meal and a drink or two with your pet. You can also sit outside in our beautiful garden anytime of the year, we have plenty of outdoor seating with patio heaters.

By far our favourite pub! Always welcoming. Always great service. Always a wide range of delicious food. Always great beer. And always dog friendly. Recommended without hesitation. Consistently first class.

Service and food good. At this restaurant we are used to very varied menu but were disappointed to find it very reduced.

We had a wonderful time today and we will be back very shortly. We have been friends for over 40 years and now live about 90 mins apart so The Greyhound is pretty much equidistant for us to meet up and enjoy lunch together. From the moment we arrived everything was so welcoming, we were warmly greeted and at no point did we feel rushed. Food choices were astonishingly varied for a lunchtime and we all chose a different dish, every one of us thought the food was delicious, good sized portions and clearly home made. We are very much looking forwards to many returns to work our way through the menu options!

Such a special venue. -warm welcome -great environment - excellent service - great food from a wide ranging menu - dog friendly parts -great outdoor spaces Visited many times and impressed by the consistently high standard. The perfect pub!

80th bday celebration meal with family. Tim was an outstanding host - catered to all our needs, patient between courses and did everything to make it z lovely occasion. Food was amazing every course was so well presented and tasted lovely!
