Hacía mucho calor dentro del restaurante. La atención no fue mala, pero nos servían el vino a destiempo. La comida estaba rica! Lo doy por visto!

Disregard any negative opinions you read anywhere else about timing, slow etc! Everything was brought out to us in perfect timing. Be sure to try the desserts. The banana deconstructed Alaska is very different but if you like banana bread, cake, it is yummy! Thumbs up to William! You made the dining experience an extra delight…thank you 😀

Dominique, William, Simon, together with all the other staff are fantastic. The food is probably the best we found on the island. Chef is top notch, highly recommended to anyone.

Excellent food but it took over an hour and a half to get our food. Loud DJ music from nearby bar changed the fine dining atmosphere to bar atmosphere.

Very good hamburger. Could have been cooked more (I had asked for medium rare but I got a burger that was quite rare). Great service.

Overall not worth the trip. The hotel concierge told us it was full but then we booked in open table as there was space. The kids burger arrived raw and had to be sent back, it arrived black after that. not one of us ate together as all the food arrived at different times. The kids desert fruit cup took over 30 minitues to arrive. For the expensive price at a Hilton I expected a lot more.

This is a hotel restaurant, don’t expect too much. We had the filet and shrimp which were cooked okay. They were out of popular dessert. The deconstructed baked Alaska way too alcohol forward. The creme brulee was nice. Skip this place if you can and go to a restaurant in town.

Our waitress was friendly and did what she could to ensure we had a good experience. All of the food that we had was exceptional. The only downside was the time it took for our entrees to come out; apparently the cook was handling two different restaurants and he was overwhelmed.

Was very excited by the menu, but the food did not deliver. Several dishes (ceviche appetizer, a few entrees) were bad. Our waitress was lovely, but there was over a 90 minute gap between appetizers and entrees, for what turned into a 3 hour dinner for six people on a quiet night.
