   The experience within hangout for myself and my kids was amazing m. We enjoyed the slide, the ability to make reservations even on a busy weekend, and the entertainment. My kids enjoyed that they were able to interact with everyone at the table and all guest within the restaurant. But a big downfall to me was the food, my friend’s fish definitely was too (fishy), and all other food was just average. One positive about the food was, the popcorn shrimp presentation for the kids. If they upgrade their food and present better quality food this experience will be an overall 5+++

   Everything was 10/10 the food was great. Our server was did an amazing job checking on us making sure we had everything we needed. We had a reservation at 5:30 but was seated 30mins early. which is not a problem & Joey did an amazing job entertaining everyone will definitely be back we enjoyed ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want to pay gratuity. Our food was $90 just for me & my partner alone. For an alcoholic beverage we really paid for the cup it came in $24 other then that I have no other complaints.

   This place was PERFECT for our large party of girls and parents (soccer team)! The kids had a blast and the parents did as well - something you have to experience, there is nothing else like it! BIG shout out to Luis - he makes this place run smoothly and is overall just a good person. Highly recommend!

   The low country steam pot was good and a good value but it was just too spicy for me. You should put that in the description, or when people order tell them. I would have ordered something else. All in all it was a great time for everyone and we are locals so we will be back!

   The crab legs were honestly really good but messy! My boyfriend got the chicken nachos and sent them back twice because they were cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted on them at all. He ended up not eating since they just weren’t coming out right. There was music outside that was good but loud. My family was enjoying it. Kind of an outdoor gig type feeling. A big storm started brewing so we asked to be moved inside. They were accommodating with us moving. We didn’t realize there would be young kids running around, screaming, dancing on tables inside or we probably would’ve just stayed outside tbh. Also all four of us got different cocktails and every single one tasted like straight syrup. Way too sweet! Rated really high on Google but should be more clear this is for sure a kids/young family kinda place. The crab was the only good part of the experience tbh.

   Awesome time at the hangout great atmosphere great band and did activity’s that included the kids all night long! Can’t wait to go back again

   We have came to the The Hangout the past 2 times we’ve been to Myrtle Beach! There is no place like it! The atmosphere is amazing and engaging for the kiddos! The drinks our good for the adults! I was a little disappointed this go around because they had taken a lot of stuff off the menu. But overall we had a blast and definitely will be going to The Hangout again!

    This restaurant on the water was definitely the place to be! It was very inclusive, fun, entertaining and loud! A nice place for the kids to run around and play, seating for parents to relax, and a lot of food for the price that you’re paying. No one at our table was able to finish their plate. The food was average, nothing spectacular but an awesome atmosphere! Definitely will be going back.
