    I love the food, the service and ambience. The food took longer to be ready than I had ever experienced. I don't know why.

    Love the Hawkeye for its ambience and class service. The food value in my experience has varied. My experience yesterday was not so good. I ordered a salad of mixed greens which was priced correctly and I added falafel for an additional eight dollars. On my salad there were three very tiny falafel. I thought there should’ve been more falafel for that price. We always enjoy going there and will return.

    We enjoyed a wonderful meal and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Cooperstown. Both the swordfish and prime rib were excellent as well as the sides served with the meal. The ambience was great, and I imagine the view of the lake in the summer months would be amazing.

    Here for the week and the prime rib and French onion soup and then international menu was the prize . Disappointed with the ny strip .. should’ve stick with the prime rib .. Brussels sprouts very salty and soup seafood just ok . Great service and mgmt … want to try the cod and get French option and prime rib again .. maybe try the steak house not sure of the cut I should choose

    Cocktails are usually delicious but not today. Different bartender on this day. Food also took much longer than usual. Still a delicious burger.

    Salmon was amazing, Himylayan rice was dry and flavorless, small amount of broccoli and wonderful citrus breure sauce. Waiter seemed to forget us as did busers and tables for two are on top of each other.

    The Valentines Day special menu and feature was excellent. We really enjoyed the three course meal for two. Everything was paired well and the service was excellent.
