This is normally our favorite Bay Area restaurant and last night we brought 2 couples, one from Daly City and one from Palo Alto. We usually sit in the same table and enjoy the fabulous servers that help us. Last night there were 2 tables that were extremely noisy close to us. We understand there's no way a restaurant can control a loud patron but it definitely affects the enjoyment. The appetizer's were excellent as they always are, But 3 of the enteree's were dry and not as I had promised our guests. Jasmine our server was excellent and offered to comp the 3 meals, one of our guests is an investor in several restaurants and refused the kind offer and just asked to inform the chef. We'll definitely be back but probably with lower expectations.

The server was amazing with her light purple Hair. She was so informative and delightful! She made the experience what it was. The wine and food were also great, as well as the drinks!

The food was absolutely outstanding, but obviously you have to pay for it. A meal for two including appetizers, a cocktail, 3 glasses of wine and you walk out with $200 plus tip. But it has been a consistently positive experience, except service. It is friendly and attentive, but it is just not acceptable that for a meal at this price you have done dishes in front of you for 15 minutes. Come on, it is not a big restaurant, so this all comes down to training. I get it that it is just of minor importance compared to a good meal, but I'm just trying to be constructive here for making it a perfect experience. And unfortunately, in the several times we have been there, service has always been the weakest element of the experience.

Husband’s birthday, my good surgery results celebration. And our first time coming to the restaurant I’ve been itching to visit. I was on crutches and struggling to stay comfortable. We were a bit cramped, therefore. Luckily, the couple at the table inches from ours was delightful. The service was A+ as was the food. Don’t change anything! I can’t wait to bring my kids. My son will chomp at the tomahawk dinner with his dad! Thank you for a lovely evening
