                                                      On the whole it was great. The only real thing lacking was clearing away used glasses and platters that were finished with. Also with the cocktail karafes, they needed a stirring spoon to go with them. Otherwise the venue is great and the Sunday was relatively quiet. Absolutely great value for the amount of food and the drinks. I highly recommend it

                                                      The best experience i have ever had at a rooftop bar. i have never had a bottomless brunch and this was for my birthday and the service and food & drinks were too die for. super amazing & i am really happy!!! Definitely coming back

                                                      Great venue, very easy to access as we stayed in the hotel. Great drinks and great selection. However, we ordered food and waited 45 minutes before I attempted multiple times to stop a staff member to ask about it. Eventually a lovely waitress stopped and I told her about the food. She took a photo of the email receipt and then walked away very apologetic. However, we waited another 15 minutes until we saw her telling management and showing them the photo on her phone. She approached us immediately after speaking with management and apologised telling us our order must’ve been missed. We were very understanding because we have worked in hospitality and know that during rush hour sometimes orders can be missed. It was then another 20-25 minutes before we received the food. The food was lukewarm at best, as if it had been sitting for a while. The chips and pizza were lukewarm but the Mac and cheese rings were amazing. At this point we didn’t want to complain as we were starving and had just waited so long for the food. On a positive note, the drinks were incredible!

                                                      Unfortunately had a pretty poor experience. Initially, customer service was great and we were taken to our tablets to be seated etc. Someone in customer service came over and let us know that they are unable to make the woodfire pizzas today and will be replaced with a chefs selection- which we were fine with and the guy was super lovely and apologetic about it. We were also seated in a sunny spot so asked to move and the girls were really helpful and nice about it. Unfortunately we were moved right next to a loud speaker which made our experience a bit uncomfortable. When I made the booking I made note that we had one person with a vegetarian dietary requirement. When the food was brought out, we had to ask what was vegetarian and what wasn't. The server went back to ask the kitchen and never came back. We asked another server and they didn't come back to us with an answer either. The most disapointing thing was the wood fire pizza replacement was two small plates of spring rolls and some salt and pepper squid. We asked for a third time what is vegetarian and the server pointed it out to us. All the vegetarian food was served on the same plates as the meat. So our veg friend wasn't comfortable eating the food- and she only ended up having drinks. Overall super disapointed with the spring rolls replacing the pizza- for 8 of us we paid a total $632 and it definitely wasn't worth $79 per person at all :(. Super sad to write such a negative review, there were positives such as lovely venue but our overall experience was poor.

                                                      My husband and I went for drinks and dinner the other night and had so much fun! Good vibes, DJ was awesome, the food and cocktails were lovely and all of the staff / security were so nice and helpful. Will defs be back again :)

                                                      Had the most wonderful afternoon! Had the $79 Grady Days deal. Staff always made sure drinks were full and the food was lovely and so much of it. Great value. We will be back!! Special shout out to Dean from the Island who ensured we had a fantastic afternoon - what a gentleman!

                                                      I had made a reservation for my Hens and upon arrival they had no record of our booking even though I had a confirmation. Ended up not being able to have any food and security got up me for wearing my bride hat overall a really negative experience.

                                                      Absolutely amazing food and service. Went there on Sat 29th April and the customer service experience manager was so fun and made our day he was really great. Food and drinks flow constantly. Definitely will be coming back!
