   They overbooked the restaurant so even with reservations there was a long wait for a table. The staff were running blind with no one seemingly in charge.

   Very nice atmosphere and good food. However, our waiter was awful! Ignorant and didn’t pay us any attention at all. We ate and left quickly. Too sad when everything else was good but he destroyed the whole feeling to it.

   Wonderful Chelsea flower week lunch…the portions were adequate on the fixed price special menu. Topped off by a beautiful panna cota dessert! Service was excellent. The restaurant itself is something to see, especially the lighted floors.

   Birthday lunch. Great vibe. However service was poor. Had to call the server constantly for updates on food, order food etc. The St Paul’s restaurant is much better than the kings Road restaurant from a service standpoint.

   We had a truly wonderful experience at the Chelsea Ivy Asia—everything was simply amazing. The ambiance was vibrant, and the service was nothing short of first-class. I do have a minor complaint regarding the wagyu beef main dish, which at £60, I expected to be extraordinary. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations, resembling a T-bone cut rather than the premium quality I anticipated from wagyu. However, this slight disappointment did not detract from our overall experience. We will undoubtedly return soon, as the delightful atmosphere and attentive staff truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

   Had a wonderful meal as my first visit to Ivy Asia I was not disappointed. Food delicious.

   Really disappointed with the options available for coeliacs. Out of the small and large plates only 2 confirmed as gluten free. Asian food is fantastic for being gluten free hence why so surprised with the limited choice and certainly feel Ivy Asia should be doing better. Staff were great, understanding and explained the menu choices are out of their control, which we understand. Ivy Asia need to set the standard don't alienate so many that would like to use you but you don't cater for.

    It wes extremely busy, service was extremely slow, food was ok. I loved the desserts though.
