   Todo estaba delicioso. La calidad de la comida y la atención del personal hacen de este restaurante una gran experiencia. La decoración es excepcional y el ambiente muy agradable.

   Booked for an Afternoon tea for a special occasion... Afternoon tea at the Ivy Cardiff is an event or a spectacle. I think calling it anything else is underselling it. The scones were sublime, the tea as always was exceptional, the sandwiches were light yet filling. The cream cupcakes and the chocolate Bombe are just exceptional. Service was spectacular as always. Truly wonderful experience. Will be going again in the very near future! Superb!

   There were not enough canapés and not enough staff on the bar. The staff that were there however were brilliant xx

   Birthday treat for my wife, Tuesday night but quite busy, great menu, great server, a couple of minor mistakes quickly rectified. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely come again.

   Normally my experience at the Ivy is 5 stars. On this occasion the service was really poor. I got the impression they were understaffed that night. Hopefully it’s just a one off.

   Booked for a birthday celebration. Lovely meal, very much enjoyed. Only criticism, had to ask for the complimentary celebration dessert, this was embarrassing and could have been completely avoided. When we have been before, it has been brought out before desserts, and it was ideal. why would you want this to come out after dessert? My guess is they want you to spend more money by ordering dessert. Would probably book elsewhere in future.
