   Fantastic variety on menus especially fish Friday Mussels delicious and great table outdoors Delicious decaf expresso martinis Only negatives Floc?? Suffolk dry rose was indeed dry but tasteless Had to ask three time for water and when it came it was without any glasses Overall a delight and good value will be back again

   Food was brilliantly presented and very tasty, the experience was further enhanced by the people serving who were delightful. Will be back.

   Great place for a special family lunch or for a feed after a long walk with dogs. Child and dog friendly and with enough space to accomodate them so they do not mar the enjoyment of other diners.

   3 of us had the Sunday roast beef The menu stated pink The beef was not freshly carved It appeared to have been kept in a warming oven for a long time after carving The result was shriveled, inspisated, more than very very well done not an enjoyable result

   It was a beautiful evening and our experience at The Jack Russell did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly, efficient and attentive. The food was well presented and reasonably priced, although I do feel that the desserts were quite expensive for what they were. Overall, a great experience and i'd certainly recommend The Jack Russell to others. Thank you.

   An excellent rural dining venue. The location is absolutely fabulous with a gorgeous pond next to the main entrance. Upon you are greeted by polite and welcoming members of staff who are ever-present without being oppressively close. Quality of the food was excellent, with portion sizes a little larger than I am used to receiving when the quality is so hight which made for a refreshing change.

    Very well looked after by friendly staff. Food and drinks were served in good time, not too long and not to quickly. There should be dog free areas, not all of us appreciate eating with dogs around although we like dogs mostly. The crab starter I would not have known had crab in it, though it was OK. A pity as I love crab. Overall a good evening out but why are dogs allowed every where now!
