   Our experience is not one we would recommend We had to return the steak three times as was not cooked to specifications asked for , portions were very small, as NHS professionals we were at work early next morning and were informed at 23:15 that the group artist we specifically booked to see were caught up in accident on motorway , we were not able to wait to see them so missed out The waitress was very sympathetic and kind only recommendation going for jam house ,we all paid £40 each as it was one of our colleagues 60th birthday’s and hoped it would have been a memorable one , but unfortunately Jam House DID NOT STEP UP !!!!!!!!!

   A fantastic night at The Jam House. We didn’t know what to expect but everything was amazing. The food, the service and the entertainment were all great. Cannot wait to come back.

   Excellent food, staff are wonderful and entertainment is fantastic, I thoroughly recommend a visit to The Jam House you won't be disappointed.

   First time at The Jam House, I really enjoyed the whole experience, music, service and the meal. I would highly recommend this place.

   Food was fantastic, great quality, lovely presentation and tasted amazing, venue as always, great! Service felt extremely hurried, we had only been sat for 5 minutes when they asked for orders, ordering all 3 courses at once, seemed very little time between starter and main course, literally as the waitress was taking the plates after main she asked were we ready for dessert! I asked if they could wait at least 10 to 15 minutes as we’ve just had main dishes, she replied ok I will bring them in 10 minutes.. less than they arrived, most didn’t manage the dessert as it was so soon after main course.. the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so I understand they maybe were looking for things to do, but it marred the overall experience.
