Boasting a pristine setting along the Wando River's meandering waterways, the beautifully appointed two-story space features an abundance of windows that maximize natural light and picturesque views. Envisioned and executed by renowned Charleston-based Cortney Bishop Design, The Kingstide's rustic yet refined interiors offer a nautical nod that goes beyond coastal expectations The menu offers a variety of seafood dishes thoughtfully presented in both raw and wood-fired preparations. Inspired by the beautifully simple flavors of the sea, The Kingstide partners with local and regional fisheries, farmers, and purveyors to showcase the Lowcountry's bounty through fresh, seasonally driven cuisine.

Food was burnt and late. Server was ok. We had guests in from out of town. Poor experience. It was only on a Thursday night.

Such an amazing experience. We were celebrating a friend's birthday & the entire staff went out of the way to make it special. I called ahead & the pastry chef made a pumpkin pie for us that was delicious! Mike was an amazing server & the food was perfection!!

The Kingstide restaurant never disappoint. We really love our experience there. Food is always amazing. The ceviche is amazing!

Wonderful service and the food was delicious!!! We arrived early and walked the riverfront, just a beautiful location!

Food was delicious but prices high and service subpar (multiple waitstaff yet slow service and attendance to detail). View outside was lovely.

Great service and ambiance. I had the low tide seafood tower. 3 of the oysters had broken shells in them - how is that even possible?

Thank you, Scott, for your review. I am happy to hear that the service and the ambiance was great during your dining experience with us. The low tide tower really is great for that fresh raw bar option. I am so sorry to hear that there were shells in a few of the oysters, I do hope that we can get you some more fresh oysters on the house without the shells. You be sure to let me know the next time you are in, and we can take care of that for you. They do shuck them right in house. Also, we do half off oysters on the half shell on Tuesday evenings from 4 to 7pm.
