At The Library, the familiar aroma of coffee, the promise of a delicious meal, and the anticipation of friendly buzz will offer a reprieve from the daily chaos. It is where the community as a whole comes to refill their cup, both proverbially and, often, quite literally. You will find dining options both inside and outside, as well as at the bar. For walk-up service, our pastry counter offers coffee, tea and pastries throughout the day. We look forward to serving the community, visitors, and hospital staff alike.

    Fue un domingo agradable, buen clima nos sentamos afuera con música en vivo. Dos cosas que no fueron de agrado fue el postre de almendras y las papas estaban un poco quemadas. Pero en general volvería a ir totalmente.

    Took my family out for an elevated dining experience and The Library did not disappoint. Our server was awesome; he made great suggestions and was attentive to our table. We enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer, bread plate and all main courses. The schnitzel was outstanding - crispy and perfectly cooked. Yum!

    Overall, we had an excellent meal, great drinks. And excellent service. It has been more than a year since I last dined at the Library and my memory was that of their Brussels were the best St Pete had to offer. However, tonight’s were a disappointment …. Overly favor with citrus and not great . Otherwise, our table loved the cauliflower, scallops, and beat salad. The ambience of this restaurant is fantastic and the lower noise level allowed the 4 of us to converse comfortably. DEFINTELY recommend.

    Food was good, bar staff was attentive. Hostess did not even speak to me…just grabbed menu and walked away without me, she got to the other side of the restaurant and realized I wasn’t with her. This was at 9:30pm on Saturday April 12th. Probably just tired but felt weird. I don’t think I would return.
