At the End of Main Street where your night will only just begin...

A little history on our namesake:
The Linwood Hotel: John B. Pullis established the Linwood Hotel in about 1888. Located on the Southeast corner of South Clinton Avenue and Linden Place, the Linwood Hotel temporarily housed WW1 Navy flyers from the Bay Shore Aero Station while their barracks were being constructed. The Linwood was destroyed by fire on October 11, 1925.

This was our first night out after the birth of our 9 month old and the staff, food quality, and atmosphere was on point and what we needed. The service was fast but also allowed us time to enjoy. Would highly recommend and return.

If you enjoy southern cooking, this is the place for you. The menu is very limited. I was not impressed with main course. Dessert was great.

The staff was lovely and personable without spending TOO much time with us, aka perfection. The food was amazing, they had delicious drinks AND crafted mock tails, which is harder to find than you think! My husband doesn’t drink, but he loves trying something fun and new and he got that here! Also, it’s a beautiful restaurant and even the high tops are comfy! Great birthday dinner, cannot wait to go back!

Delicious food, great service and beautiful, comfortable atmosphere. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often. Definitely worth the drive from the North Shore. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice ambiance. Interesting menu. We felt like there were some really great flavors (burrata) and then some questionable flavors that were bold, but were hit or miss. Overall a very good experience and we would go back again.

Date night menu was excellent! Servers Julia and Michela were spot on. Bartender on 10/10/24 was very friendly and the live music was incredible. Thanks for a great night out.
