Expensive lunch, being charged $18 on sparkling water when there were only 2 of us. We weren't given a whole bottle, the water was only half glass full and the waitress has only come top up once. After our plates were being cleared off the table, we ordered some coffee, the staff then came over asked if we have ordered our food (?) which left us in confusion. The staff were too busy to bring us the bill and when we went up to the counter to pay, we weren't shown the bill but the eftpos machine. Overall the experience is quite disappointing and unprofessional.

A quiet casual place to have a lovely meal while looking at the spectacular Sydney Opera House! Great food and drink options including N/A beer, wine and mocktails. Superb service!

Service was attentive and courteous. However food quality was appealing. Club sandwich bread was soggy and filling was bland. Lobster roll was very boring. Salad was fresh though.

The food was very different to any other high tea I have attended.. some really good flavours... the chicken sandwich bread tasted a bit dry or stale and I had a huge piece of grizzle in the chicken... bit surprising.... the service was professional however the language skills were limited and very hard to understand plus when it came to paying the bill the hostess could not add up 2 x $125 without a calculator and still got it wrong... simple maths... she got her supervisor to come and sort it for her... that was dissappointing and surprising in such a high class establishment.... we attended for a special birthday event to tick off my bucket list and totally surprised by the level of service overall... I also expected better views of the harbour (over opera house) but only got a ship ....

The Living Room is a perfect eating destination for the ambience, and the view towards the Heads, the Opera House and Circular Quay. Food was ordered a la carte, and though the servings were on the small side, this suited us for lunch. We also booked two glasses of French champagne to be served on arrival through OpenTable, but when the bill was presented, the price of the drinks at the restaurant was higher than the price booked online. Unfortunately, no concession was given for this discrepancy.

We enjoyed our meal The setting was great The food was well presented and I enjoyed my main meal which was swordfish. I loved the cheesecake which I had for dessert The attendants were very helpful,friendly and willing to serve

We chose the Park Hyatt for the New Years Eve experience and location. It was great to have sole access as a guest to the boardwalk along the front of the hotel. Service was amazing.

It was an amazing place to chill and have a nice catchup with my girlfriends. I love the harbour view from the windows and the sandwiches are delicious.
