The Lobby Lounge & RawBar offers a blend of design, art, music and fashion with the craft of cocktails and cuisine. Recognized as a MICHELIN Guide recommended destination in 2022, 2023, & 2024, the internationally recognized cocktail program provides a bespoke experience inspired by world travel and the stories it tells, expertly designed by a roster of some of the nation’s best bartenders, it represents a program that elevates Canada’s cocktail culture to the next level.

The RawBar offers a variety of the freshest, sustainable sushi in the city. The RawBar menu is designed around showcasing the most seasonal, flavourful and high-quality ingredients paired with skillful presentation.

    We had a great early evening light dinner. It was a very busy scene and quite noisy but nevertheless the atmosphere was nice and cozy. We ordered a couple of cocktails including the sushi caesar, Poinsettia and Shibuya but I’d say my favourites were the Shibuya and Poinsettia. The caesar is more on the spicy side. Out of all the food we ordered which included the crispy rice with salmon, scallop miso soup and uni sashimi, etc., the favourites were the seared red tuna, rosemary salted fries and most favourite of all was the Superfood salad with chicken (healthy and delicious). The prices are on the expensive side but to be expected since it is a high-end hotel. The service was excellent, waiter/waitress were attentive and the maître d was first class. Definitely a great place to hang out of for snacks and drinks.

    We love lunching at this location. The sushi is outstanding every time. The prices are a bit high but worth the extra cost. Seems to be bustling with activity but not overly loud. Can't wait to return.

    I saw this raved about on instagram so had to try it on our last day in Vancouver. B Disappointed overall. Sushi wasn’t great. Average really. The raw tuna was also very average . Bit chewy as had skin on. Chicken katsu was nothing special. Service was a bit slow. Brought out the dessert menu and then didn’t return so we left without ordering any. booked online for the experience only to find out that it needs 24hrs notice. So just ordered regular menu dishes
