We started out with breakfast and brunch, but soon grew to add lunch and dinner to our menu. Everything on our menu is 100% vegan but you wouldn't know it if we didn't tell you. We've always believed that anything can be made both vegan and delicious. You don't have to be vegan to eat here and love it - everyone is welcome!

    One of best vegan dining experiences we've had! Food servings were generous and every dish was yummy. Recommend the crab cakes!

    Amazing food and service from start to finish. The prices are a little higher than some other vegan restaurants, but you get what you pay for with the quality of the food and the portion sizes. TMV also has a very nice interior with lighting that sets a nice ambience and makes it feel a bit more upscale.

    This restaurant is the best kept secret in Las Vegas for vegan food! This restaurant is a must try for vegans and meat eaters alike.

    The atmosphere was a beautiful surprise! The food was beyond my wildest imagination! The menu huge and the service friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I already booked my next reservation

    The Modern Vegan is awesome! Amazing food, huge portions, very attentive and friendly staff. Definitely going back next time I’m in Vegas! I highly recommend!

    We went for brunch. Everything was so hearty. The menu was very extensive and our server knew the answers to any of the questions we had. We skipped lunch that day!
