   We felt ignored by the waitresses from the minute we arrived. The service was very slow. Our roast dinner was missing carrots and cabbage ( maybe because it was the end of the service) and if they would say something we would probably say it’s fine, but we paid full price so were expecting full roast dinner. No one cleared our plates for at least 20 minutes. I had to go to the bar to place dessert order. Not sure why the delay as there was no one else in the restaurant. It’s a bit shame as the place is really nice and the food was also very tasty.

   The Sunday Roast was delicious and so was the Sticky toffee pudding and custard. The food here always excellent and by far best in Nailsea. Staff were busy but still gave excellent customer service.

   This was our first time at the Moorend Spout and it didn’t disappoint. The pub is maintained well with stylish decor. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well as our food being prepared and served to a high standard. We will definitely be visiting again.

   This place is looking very tired in places, with ripped carpets and damaged walls. There was very little ambience in the restaurant area which made for a slightly cold lunch experience. PLEASE NOTE- It is NOT disability friendly. There’s no disabled toilet and 3 relatively large steps up to the toilet. Food was ok and staff were friendly. They missed off the onion rings from the steak and then when we asked if they were coming we were told they were. They were then added as an extra charge on our bill! Overall it was ok but we won’t be rushing back.

   We booked for a brunch which is showing on their website, to be advised no brunch available, very disappointed as I had travelled from Leicester to meet with family. If you are not selling it, remove it !

   Really lovely pub, wouldn’t definitely visit again. Great beer garden with kids play area. Lovely decor and friendly service. Food was ok had the burger but would pick something different next time.

   My son and I loved it here.Food great,and staff friendly and helpful. Garden is lovely,and it's really relaxed.Will definitely visit again,and will recommend it to friends
