   Oh, how great it was! We are so very glad we tried the Nest. The menu looked inviting, so many interesting and unusual options and the website photos looked tasty. Reality was even better. Tried scallops as good as any we've tasted. Pasta was amazing, and dirty escargot lived up to expectation. My wife found the cocktails to be excellent. She Face Booked a phot of our meal to our friends and said that we would be back and we will. Jus a tiny bit heavy on the salt but we'll warn them next time. Our boating club dines out together monthly and we plan on bringing the crew in for a get together.

   I wanted SO badly to adore this place. I certainly adored the ambiance and decor! It’s a very small space decorated so nicely. Like a library, but light and airy, not heavy. The play vinyl records, which is a fun touch. And the menu changes monthly (with a few staples that never leave the menu). But…. Our service wasn’t great at all. We were the only diners inside for a little while and it was never busy. But still…. SLOW service. Took forever for my drink to come even though I could see it was ready for about ten min. We had 20 min until happy hour ended, and wanted to order before then. But it took almost the entire 20 min for the server to take our order. Two min to spare. The crab cake was SO fishy that it was gross. The brussel sprouts that came with the salmon skewers clearly had a healthy dose of horseradish - a polarizing enough ingredient that you would think they would mention that on the menu. My husband can’t stand horseradish and although I like it, it’s a very weird ingredient to put with the bitter sprouts and I didn’t like it either. On a positive note: the roti with curry dipping sauce was excellent, as was the margarita pizza. Chess pie was good. Not great.

   We thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and friendly service as usual at The Nest. My kids enjoy the ever changing menu and also the restaurant staples.

   Love the nest! Great drinks and appetizers, wings are my favorite and they always have new menu items to choose from. Atmosphere is also a plus!!

   Another great meal at The Nest. Each dish hit their mark: roti with curry, seared tuna, spring pasta, seafood bowl and yardbird arms all delicious. Fried calamari and chicken legs were terrific and notable stand-outs. Bit of a delay getting seated, but team was very attentive.

   My husband and I went to The Nest to celebrate our anniversary. The food was amazing. The ambience is cozy and inviting. And the staff were incredible. We will definitely be becoming frequent flyers. ❤️

    Great casual place with good food and menu variety and friendly service. Small space and we enjoy sitting at the bar.
