Nachos

Incredible Wings
Our Incredible wings are our biggest selling dish and have been for many years. We started our search in 1979 to find the perfect recipe for chicken wings. We spent almost 20 years travelling the world trying wings in every continent. It then took 8 years to develop the recipe which is now regarded as the elixir of wing sauce here at the Old Auctioneer.

Artisan Neopolitan Pizzas
We use only caputo 00 flour add ferment for up to 72 hours so the dough is soft light and easy to digest. Our authentic pizzas are baked in around 75 seconds and the small charred spots on the pizza crusts are called leopording. It what happens then the sugars in the dough caramelize in the intense heat of the oven dome. Our creamy fiori di latte and buffalo mozarella are imported directly from Naples.

Giant Burgers
Our burgers are made fresh daily for us at Wykham Park Farm using their own beef and lamb. We grill them at over 500c in our huge real charcoal oven.

Wykham Park Farm Aged Steaks
All our steaks are supplied by Wykham Park farm from their own herds of Longhorn and Angus cattle. They are all grass fed and then dry aged on the bone. we drizzle them with butter and serve them with our famous steak sauce made from fresh cream herbs and spices and choice of gratin or fries, sauteed mushroom and onions. (sirloin steak is sliced)
