Dining at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. For decades, they have invested meticulous attention to their unique designs and authentic vintage décor. Every location is adorned with antique lighting, intricate stained glass displays, large colorful booths, and an old-fashioned trolley car for guests to dine in. It’s the perfect atmosphere for a family celebration, a large group event, or a special dinner date.

A family business since 1969, their founding philosophy — “a memorable dining experience doesn’t have to cost a lot of money” — is perhaps more relevant now than ever. Every entree is a "complete meal," served with hot freshly-baked sourdough bread, soup or salad, and ice cream for dessert at no extra charge.

I’ve been we’ve been coming to old spaghetti factory, for many years now and it’s like going home. I really do love this restaurant very Homie very family oriented.

Food was delicious! Server was good. Host stand needs a little work. A/C was blasting and we asked if it could be turned down and was not addressed. Parking is ample. All in all a nice evening. Could have improved with some fine tweaking

Me and my family’s night at The Old Spaghetti Factory was a night we could never forget. This restraunt never lets us down. Drinks and appetizers were immediately brought out and our server was absolutely amazing. She was quick, kind, and we loved her. I was a little disappointed in the children’s soup. But my other family thought it was very delish. Salad dressing deserves 5 ⭐️s. Dinner filled me up perfectly and was absolutely excellent. Serving sizes were very large and filling and perfect temperature hot. I would suggest a little bit more Parmesan cheese on the fettuccine Alfredo. But it was VERY good!!! It was very nice to have ice cream come my meal instead of paying extra for it. All the choices were the bomb!!! And the sherbet was fantastic. Thank you so much for excellent service and we cant wait to come back!!🍝❤️

We took a friend here to celebrate a birthday and it was her first time here. The food was delicious but unfortunately our server was horrid. We waited forever for our sangria and had to ask about it 30 minutes after ordering it. Once she took our orders we didn’t see her again until she brought our salads over. Our food was delivered by someone else but they missed my husband’s entree so we had to sit there for about 15 minutes not eating until we were able to flag her down and tell her they missed an entree. She went and got it and we proceeded to eat but our drinks went dry and she never came over to refill them, offer us more bread, or anything. We literally never saw her again until we asked someone else for to-go boxes and stated we wanted our check. We also needed to order another entree to take home and when she finally did come over to give us our checks we told her what we wanted to order. She took the order (but never asked if we preferred soup or salad with it) and then told us it was going to be quite awhile before it came out because the kitchen was so backed up. At that point I asked my husband to get the manager and she did come over. I explained that I didn’t see how making the one to go entree would take that long being as it was just the pasta that they already had made and she agreed and said she would put a rush on it. She did and we got the to-go order and then waited some more for our bill from our server. She brought the 2 bills over (as we were each paying separately so there was two bills) and each of us put our own credit card down in each tray with our bill and when she brought them back somehow she had switched them and our friend’s card had been charged for our more expensive check. Well then we kept trying to flag her down again to no avail (meanwhile the to-go order is sitting getting cold and the spumoni starting to melt) so finally my friend got up to go find the manager again so it could be fixed. Awful service!

Restaurant was super busy. Was seated and waited 20 minutes to get asked if we wanted any drinks. Asked a server first time for help, and they never came back to help. Finally saw the manager and was finally able to get some help. But when our actual server finally came, took too long to take our orders and our food took way too long to come to our table.

We were very disappointed with our visit to the Old Spaghetti Factory. The service was very slow and our server never refilled our water glasses. The food was so so (well, the bread was warm and tasty) and my husband’s order came out wrong from the kitchen but we were already running a bit late so could not wait to have it redone. Our server when we saw him was kind and apologetic…perhaps they were understaffed that evening. The restaurant was not busy. I used the restroom in the lobby and the handicapped stall has a broken handle on the toilet. We used to enjoy eating there but probably won’t again.

Food was excellent as usual, our favorite place to eat in the Phoenix area. Our waitress (Teri) was fantastic, very attentive and great conversation.

Many of my usual restaurants were booked for Valentine’s Day and I found this place. I didn’t really know what to expect as it seemed reminiscent of an Italian restaurant back in NY but was I doubtful about the authenticity due to the location being in AZ. I was absolutely blown away by how good this restaurant was and the service was amazing. On top of that, the whole meal cost what I would spend elsewhere on a single entree. Thank you to everyone at the Old Spaghetti Warehouse. This New Yorker will be back!
