    As always, best chicken fajitas and best tacos Al carbon. Wishing for them to catch on to the fact that non-alcoholic beer is a must. Begging for a Heineken zero or something more hip like Athletic or Corona zero.

    We ordered beef fajitas large and it wasnt sizzling or fresh. The two people on each side of us also ordered fajitas and they were fresh and sizzling.

    Unfortunately, nothing special in my opinion. I had the Conchinita Pibil and left 2/3rds of it. My spouse had the snapper and enjoyed it. The chips were thick and the red sauce cold -not room temp- and tasted like a jar sauce. We won’t be returning any time soon. (Service was prompt and efficient.)

    The carnitas were tender and delicious as always. Service by Fernando was outstanding. All made for an enjoyable evening.

    Overall not a great experience. The food was acceptable, but the service was rushed and pushy. Valet parking was full when I arrived on time, so that I had to park in an adjacent garage and walk to the restaurant. Thankfully it was not raining. My standard indoor table was not ready, so they tried to switch me to an outdoor table and then to a high table, neither of which was appealing. We were eventually seated about 20 minutes late. The noise level was excessive. Apparently they cater to large groups, which can get loud.

    We eat at Ninfa’s at the post oak location because it’s like the original. Attentive service and we always enjoy coming here for dinner. This time the waiter forgot or wasn’t told we were celebrating a birthday.
