Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, Executive Chef Jon Butler reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. Highlighting the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from California and the vibrant Coachella Valley, our menu showcases the rich culinary heritage. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and artisanal cheeses, every ingredient reflects the essence of our locale.

The Pantry hosts a family-style Fried Chicken Dinner twice a month, on Thursdays. The family dinner is a one- time seating at 6:30pm with only 40 seats per night. Each guest will have the opportunity to enjoy Chef Jon Butler's take on a traditional fried chicken meal with all the accompaniments. Enjoy dinner outside under the stars where guests will be part of a one-of-a-kind “family-style” dining experience. Reservations can be made through Open Table, or by calling the hotel directly. For any questions, please reach out to the front desk. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. Total price includes tax and a 20% gratuity.

You arrive just before noon and the dining area is empty. Three people total. You are asked if you have a reservation. You say no and as you look at the empty dining area they say we do not take walk-ins. They proceed to make you reserve a table online, which you do. You sit, you eat and throughout the entire meal only 3 additional diners arrive. Do they think this service enhances their reputation? Does this make the Pantry more exclusive? Food you can have anywhere. Indifferent and almost non-existent wait staff. Get the basics right and maybe someone might return.

This is such a great little spot! We are full-time here in PS and don’t know why we don’t come here more often. We met out of town friends here for brunch. Menu is limited but what they do have is always fresh and tasty. We’ll be back.

The Pantry is a hidden gem in Palm Springs. Although it has a limited menu and everything is a la carte the few selections come out amazing. We ordered pretty much everything on menu and no one was disappointed. Make sure you visit when you are in PS.

Everything we ordered was delicious! They have a small but varied menu, and nothing we tried disappointed!Sitting outside is a bonus on these beautiful days! Our server was great and didn’t overwhelm or hover, but delivered our menus and food pleasantly and timely. We will definitely go back.

I came back again on 12/8 and everything was perfect. The dinner reviewed below was an anomaly...the meal today was excellent as was the service. The fried chicken served to us was raw. The third person in our group was not served with us. No wait staff came to the table. We had to go to the check-in to find out what was holding up the other dinner and to tell them the chicken was raw. Service was terrible which is unusual for the restaurant. I had not seen the two people working tonight before. There is a new chef and he has also changed the sauce for the fried chicken which used to be a lovely hot honey/chili sauce. The chicken was served with a side of sauce that was very unappealing looking. We used to love going to the Pantry for the fried chicken, but the new version is nothing special and we will not be going back for it again.
