    Disappointed with the change of menu which is very limited. Garlic bread was cold but the fries made up for it. Went to watch UFC as promoted and it was not on. Had to ask 3 staff members to change it then another 2 to fix the low volume. Might try somewhere else next time.

    The club has changed the menu again and it’s very limited with not a lot of great choices. Many favourites have disappeared which is disappointing. Trying to push you into new dining venues which are expensive. Bring back the classics!

    First time visitor. Ordered hot chips. After waiting 40mins I asked the bar staff “how long do chips normally take because we’ve been waiting 40mins” I was answered with “they take 5mins to cook but I couldn’t tell you how long because I don’t know how many orders are in front of you”. Strange answer. After 2 hours I asked for a refund. The chips never came. Pretty boring selection of beers on tap. Didn’t see a parents room available also.

    My booking was not there and the club was packed due to the UFC. Had to chase up a table that was further back than requested. Reception staff were very accommodating but bar staff questioned me on when my booking was made as if it was my fault even though I had confirmation. Not the first time this has happened.

    Had reserved a table but this was was not done and we were left to find our own on a busy football night. This is not the first time it’s happened.

    Seated front and centre as requested. Food delivered in a reasonable time, hot and delicious. Used bonus points to pay which was helpful. Staff always friendly

    Very disappointed when you book a table and it isn't there and the poor staff trying to seat people wherever they could. Very surprised the club was coping very bad with the crowd they had. They food menu was eas terrible compared to how it used to be before covid and the que was out to the sign in desk. The show was absolutely amazing as is it always has been you get that down to perfect every time. Sorry to complain but we have never found the club to be like this, it has been awhile since we came here. Hope my comment helps.

    Table was not reserved and nothing available. Staff helpful to arrange alternate seating. Has too much going on in one area, club needs to start opening up with restrictions relaxed.

    It was very odd that there was a meat raffle without any meat (poor planning) Also the Australia Day menu was very average and overpriced. The staff are excellent, very friendly and courteous. Such a great club with very little to offer except Poker Machines......
