   Food was good. Bartending service very slow. Waiter service started out great but fell off checking back on us and ordered mint chocolate martini it took forever cause they had to go to another floor to get some of ingredients. Still a little overpriced for some things. Drinks were good and beer was cold. Nice views.

   This visit was less impressive, the soup was very salty. They got are eggs wrong 3 times. However ,the ambience made up for that.

   The Pump House has been a favorite for several years, but the luster has faded. Our wedding anniversary dinner there tonight was a huge disappointment. The complimentary dessert and the wine aside, the pork chop entrees were overcooked, tough and dry and the risotto was mushy. If I go back, I will never order that again.

   Service staff had some problems with noise control when setting up outdoor seating. It was pretty distracting but our overall experience was very good. We were entertaining guests from out of town and they greatly appreciated the ambience in particular! Thank You to Jenn, our server!

    Sitting on the balcony was preferred by several in my party, but the noise level was high. Also on this and several recent occasions the service from our main server was a bit sluggish, with the server not checking on our table quite as much as necessary to refill beverages, etc. The overall experince remains good.
