THE RHYTHM ROOM is an upscale restaurant and lounge located in Hampton Virginia's Peninsula Town Center. We aim to provide an experience that goes beyond serving good food. We have designed an ambiance that is inviting and intimate, making it a great location for having a meal with friends, family, or co-workers, while being entertained by harmonious musical tones that fill the restaurant. From the welcoming atmosphere to the helpful demeanor of our staff, our restaurant has carefully planned every detail with you in mind. We can't wait to see you!

                                                                    The manager was not giving the server an opportunity to even do her Job. The manager was rushing us to order. Theanager tried to over charge us. Even the server was confused and continued to apologize. The manager was at the bar in the bar tenders business then at security in their business then even patrons she would walk by and be in there business for no reason. Over stepping the boundaries of this is why we hired these people let's allow them to do their job. I asked to hold on to a menu after ordering the whats supposed to be Jerk wings and she said yes then came and took the menu off the table mind you we still had time to place an order. Never once did I see jet wash her hands or even attempt to after touching her face, picking up trash on the floor, getting dirty dishes off a table and taking them to the open kitchen which you can see in, yet she come straight out and goes to make someone's drink. FOR THAT REASON I DID NOT WANT THE WOMAN NEAR MY FOOD NOR DRINK. I like the decor. The set up is nice. The food is ok. The prices are typical. Our actual waitress was very kind and that was the 2 times we saw her, considering the manager kept coming to our table for some reason to tell us our waitress was busy and couldn't help us. (Mind you we did not ask and she did it a few times.) If it's to eat I won't be back but if it's just to socialize and listen to music I may consider returning I'm not sure. I just know if the manager is there I will walk to the bar to have my drink made by the bar tender. However considering the experience it will be a while before we return. We had such high hopes.
