Slip back in time to an era when drinking was taken seriously. Long lunches washed down with martinis, cocktail hours to finish the day and whiskies long into the evening.

The Roosevelt calls Potts Point home but traces it’s ancestry back to New York in the 1950s, drop in for a drink or settle in and enjoy great food until late in the night. We aim to offer an excellent atmosphere, great company and amazing drinks, we hope you agree!

From small group dining to large canapé functions the Roosevelt is available for all your event needs. Our hidden Poker Room is perfect for intimate dining, whisky classes or poker nights for up to 12 guests, while our larger Monroe can host up to 32 for dining or 60 for standing events.

    Amazing place. The decor, service and cocktails are fabulous. I feel the food could use a bit more attention but that’s a very minor critique. Over all I highly recommend.

    Very poor service. We were seated and ignored. We ended up leaving after 10 minutes. Few people were in the place. All attention was given to the locals at the bar.

    It was a nice venue but the wait staff were quite inattentive. Also $26 for a piece of cauliflower is a lot.

    The food and drinks were good with the staff being on the ball and knowledgeable. The only bit of feedback was that the cocktail list was very fruit heavy and I would have appreciated a few more cocktail that highlighted the spirits better.
