            First let me say that we frequent this restaurant. This was by far our first disappointment. Our reservation was early - 4:30PM - and we arrived and were seated but no one came to take our order for 15 minutes. I finally had to get the attention of the front hostesses (who were chatting away and dancing to the music) and ask if our server knew we were there. Apologies and within a minute our server came to the table. From there our service was great. But your front hostesses need more training. Our meal was good. Husband had the french dip and it was amazing. I had the caprese panini - it was just ok. The bread was soggy. The basil tomato soup was bland. When we left there was a congregation of hostesses/servers at the front desk and they did not even speak to us. Seriously the front desk folks need way more training.

            This restaurant was less than mediocre. Food was barely warm and quite tasteless. The atmosphere was non existent with bright lights shining on the diners. Someone had to ask for them to be turned off! They charged an extra 2% for paying with a card! Have eaten in many restaurants and that has never happened. Nothing to recommend it! We will not be back.

            Great experience! We took couple for their first time at lunch. Outstanding menu and superb service.

            This place was outstanding. I have never been here and didn't know what to expect, but the drinks, food and service was excellent. I will go back!

            Our food was great but not worth the prices. Our server was very nice, but overall the service was super slow. We waited a very long time for drinks then apps then mains.

            First experience at The Rutledge Franklin and we were pleased. Service was good, food delightful and environment quaint. The only feedback for improvement would be temperature control. It was extremely cold and we had to put our coats on for part of the time while there, all four of us dining. Will return, just bundled more.

            We had a wonderful dining experience while celebrating my daughter’s birthday! The ambiance and music selection was amazing! The food and drinks were delicious! Our server Cameron was PHENOMENAL! This was our first experience at the restaurant and we look forward to our return.

            We had the last reservation of the night and it was Thanksgiving but I’m a flight attendant and had just gotten in from a trip, even though we were the last ones in the restaurant the staff was friendly and we didn’t feel rushed. The food was excellent and our waiter, Cameron was great and attentive we had a lovely conversation with him and will definitely be back!
