Welcome to The Shed!
We are an independent Micro Bar, we serve Wine and Cheese Platters every Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday (bookings only).
As for the menu, there are two options:

Option 1: Standard Board consisting of 5 Local Cheeses, Crackers, Olives, Grapes, Chutney and a Bottle of House Wine (Red, White or Rose) £20

Option 2 (Recommended): Premium Board Consisting of all the above PLUS an array of Continental Meats, an oozy Camembert, Crusty Bread and a Pork Pie £30

Upgrades of Wine or Prosecco are also available for £5 extra.

Along with Every Saturday between 1pm and 3pm we host Afternoon Teas - Selection of amazing Sandwiches, Savoury's, Treats and Cakes!

Choice of the Dry Option or the Boosy Option.
-The dry is exactly that, you just pay for the food and simply pay as you go at the bar for drinks. £20pp
-The Boozy Option, is a way to get you nice and merry! For £40pp (which equates to £2.50 per drink every 15 minutes for 2 hours)

The Boozy Option, is a way to get you nice and merry by 5pm! For £40 per person (which equates to £2.50 per drink every 15 minutes), of UNLIMITED alcohol, have whatever you’d like from the bar. We come back to your table every 15 minutes and replenish you with another drink, we do this 8 times in 2 hours, so it’s up to you how much you drink…can you handle it??. What's included, Ham and Cheese Finger Sandwiches, Chicken Tikka & Egg Mayo Open Sandwiches, Cheese and Onion Roll, Antipasti Skewer, Crisps, Scone with Jam and Fresh Cream, Lemon Posset, Salted Caramel and Coffee Eclairs, Tea Loaf, Rocky Road and Lavender Shortbread (Gluten Free option also available on request with different menu)

A little disappointed. Was recommended by a friend who'd done the Boozy bottomless before and said it was amazing and said a timer was set and a drink is brought out every 15 minutes, which was advertised. We arrived on time to the food still being set up. We were allowed to decorate for the occasion which was a joint hen/stag. By the time I sat down with my first drink it was 40 minutes into my 2 hours. The food was excellent ane displayed beautifully, and we were able to take away what we hadnt eaten. There was a live singer who was amazing and the atmosphere eas brilliant. The service for the drinks was slow. By the time the staff had taken the order and made the drinks 30-ish minutes had passed, with some of our party going to the bar to check. At best it was another 20 minutes before we were checked in on. When we inquired about the timer they said they had a timer behind the bar. However a member of our party was at the bar buying extras and saw the timer get reset twice. The servers themselves were polite and professional. While we understand it was a Saturday afternoon, for the first hour we were there we where the only patrons. By the time 2 hours had passed most of us had only had 4 out the 8 drinks promised. They did however provide an extra round at the end saying this was because this was a hen/stag do.

Hi Kerry thank you for your feedback, at the Shed we love to hear what customers thought of their experience. We are sorry you felt the drinks did not live up to your expectations, as you mentioned we do have a timer system to ensure tables receive drinks as promised. In regards to timers being reset please appreciate you were not the only table in for afternoon tea and unfortunately even with our 15 minute rule to check on tables we are not allowed to keep supplying alcohol to those with glasses that already contain alcohol. However we are pleased you enjoyed the food, atmosphere and thought highly of our staff and we hope to see you back at The Shed again soon.

We loved our cheese and wine at The Shed and Garden The service was absolutely fantastic and the variety on the cheese board was amazing. Loved the Rose wine too. It’s absolutely excellent value for money and we will be back soon!

Great value and food was nice but service was terrible. Although we had booked our table had been given away and we were put in the middle of another group before being moved to a table much too small for our group. We were then ignored for a good while and had to ask for everything e.g. appropriate cutlery. There never seemed to be any staff around and we had to jeep going to the bar to find someone. A shame as it could have been a much better experience.

The afternoon tea was lovely, couldn't eat it all , the staff happily boxed it up to take home. The drinks came every 15 minutes , service was excellent. Great value for money especially the boozey extra for only £20 more . Shame the bar was having a stage built when we arrived so looked a bit like a builders yard but it didn't stop is from enjoying our afternoon.

I chose the shed due to a facebook recommendation , the afternoon tea was nice but never had an afternoon tea without a drink tea /coffee! , the sandwiches were dry due to it being a hot day & not sure how long they had been there , when I asked if they had any doggy bags they were available at £1 each so I went & bough some plastic bags & shared them with another party , overall nice cakes ok experience. I will say yes to recommend but wouldn’t rush back .

We chose The Shed as it offers the afternoon tea bottomless brunch. We were not disappointed. The afternoon tea was delicious with so much variety. The drinks came every 15 minutes with a wide selection of drinks to choose from. Thank you.

Very enjoyable way to spend Mother's Day. Platters are good value for money and more than enough for 2 people. Staff happy to box up any left overs. Had the whole place to ourselves which was unexpected but a real bonus. Very nice indeed.
