Farm to table food & drink on the majestic grounds of The Horse Shoe Farm! We believe in communal dining and intentional hospitality. Open 7 days a week! Breakfast 8-10a | Lunch 12-3pm | Dinner 5-8:30pm.

The Silo Bar is open Sunday to Wednesday from 12-9pm and Thursday to Saturday from 12-10pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy a beverage, game room, bonfire and sweeping Mt. Pisgah views! Please make your reservation time at the time you would like to be seated for dinner. **GF/V/Kids Menu Options available upon request.

The Silo was warm and welcoming on a cold rainy day! Loved the fire in the fireplace. We ate at the communal table but were seated away from others. The food was great. The prawns were char-grilled and so tender and tasty. They were huge! All in all a wonderful lunch. We will return!!

It was a special occasion for us and our waitress bought our champagne for our celebratory toast. She was very helpful with the menu and the en to e food was melt in your mouth outstanding!

The food was outstanding. great Cocktails . The owner took special care to ensure our dinner service went smoothly. The exec chef introduced himself and we had a nice chat with both. We will be frequent flyers! Highly recommend. Best food in downtown hendo

Overall it was lovely, the food was delicious and our server Elliot excellent however I rather thought there would be Brunch items on their Sunday menu. We celebrated a birthday, instead of offering a signature dessert we were surprised with a cookie albeit complimentary.

This is one of the best restaurants in the Asheville area. The food is fantastic, the service is great, and the setting is beautiful and comfortable. They also have a well stocked bar and wine list.

Second time at Silo , took our daughter. We enjoyed the menu selections an d craft cocktails . From the moment you are greeted dining is a pleasurable experience. Staff is excellent.

We took out of town family here and had a lovely time. Excellent farm fresh rotating menu — we were here just two weeks ago and love how almost every single thing is different. Unfortunately — One of our dishes had a cut of meat whose presentation did not match the description or expectations. BUT — they graciously made it 100% right by providing a completely new meal on the house. They handled it with the utmost kindness and professionalism. We will be back, we love it here.

This food was exquisite and artfully prepared. The atmosphere was calm and collected, with extremely professional staff. Each time was an experience worthy of the memory.

What a great find! Hadn't heard about this place, but stumbled upon it on Open Table. Had no idea what to expect as it was a bit of a hike for us to get there for a Tuesday date night. We couldn't have been more delighted! Cozy atmosphere with big roaring fire, lovely bar setting, and communal tables. We arrived at 7:15pm so couldn't see the outside setting which would be nice in daylight. Service was amazing by Michael with great descriptions about the food. We had the duck rillettes and bok choy appetizers -- both amazing, could eat that bok choy every day! My husband had the bouillabaise and I had the braised short ribs again both full of flavor! Chef Daniel came out to say hello and gave us some background on the place. Warm, cozy, great food, personable -- couldn't have asked for more! We'll be back!
