   The food was good, and service was friendly. The ambience was lacking - but that could have been due to the cold weather, so it might be a better spot when the sun’s out and the pier is busy.

   Overall the place was decent. They had advertised live music for the special occasion but night of they did not end up having it. There were no considerations from management to makeup for the false advertising. Picked this place specifically for the entire experience. Over promised, under delivered.

   Food was excellent. Bartender was fantastic (normally works Tuesdays).

   Food is good it’s just way too pricey and you can probably get just as good, if not better, food for a cheaper price elsewhere.

   Very nice place for breakfast or brunch. Very cute ambiance, friendly service and delicious food. Notes: I would sit indoors as the view outside is more street than ocean and the street there has a lot of traffic. Parking at the hotel valet is expensive even with validation, so if you have time to park in one of the local structures and walk over, that's a more economical choice.

   Server was remarkably knowledgeable about the food, where it comes from, ingredients, how prepared, etc. very interesting cocktails. Great ambiance and setting. Was very impressed as I generally don’t like hotel restaurants.

   We had a great experience at The Surfing Fox! The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed! Our server was so friendly and very helpful with our questions. Definitely plan to go again!

   We did not actually eat here. There is a small breakfast menu that includes brunch style drinks, mimosas, bloody mary’s, etc… we wanted to order these but were told the bartender hadn’t shown up yet so no drinks were available. Then asked about decaf coffee instead… no decaf. At this point we decided to try something else. We walked over to sweet maple and were glad we did. It was fantastic with many more options and all menu items were actually available.
