                              The Holiday Tea was everything we wanted it to be! Everything was perfect. Delicious offerings, and tea. Our server and everyone else working was so kind and helpful. Such a wonderful experience!

                              We all enjoyed the holiday tea. Service was excellent. My complaint would be the 24% tip that was automatically added. Patrons should be able to have more control over the tip.

                              Our first time for Christmas Tea. The food quality was superb and the service was great. Definitely would do again. Make reservations early!

                              Disappointed we were seated upstairs in an ‘overflow’ sitting feel and no holiday decor visible. Felt we should have been advised at time of reservation to the automatic 24% gratuity for just 2 people.

                              I have been coming to the The Heathman for more than 20 years for Holiday Tea. It is such a high point of the season! I have brought numerous family members, friends and colleagues to enjoy a proper tea. But this year I was disappointed at the high price and very little quantity of food. That ticket price should affort more food per person. We each got a 2 inch by 2 inch sandwich, a very small scone, small bits of a deepfried fish puff, a very small fish egg 'cone,' and not even a full teaspoon of clotted cream and jam. This compares unfavorably to prior years where each person got a selection of small sandwiches (three or four each), a small quiche, a sizeable scone, and other savories as well as sweets. The cream/milk for our team came in very containers of less than and ounce each. What a disappointment to pay that much money and get very paltry servings. Service was friendly and responsive, but we were seated for 40 minutes before we even got our tea served. Three times we had to send the pot of chai tea back because there was a very small quantity of tea leaves in the pot, making for very weak tea. I don't know if the servers understood how to make tea.

                              My girlfriends and I did High Tea at Heathman Hotel! It wasn’t in the restaurant but the Libray! Food was excellent a variety of sweet snd savory! We had fun dressing up and all wore Fascinators aka Hats!!!

                              Such a lovey location and good menu. Service was slow, but friendly. Food was good. One of our party had a cold dish. It was a busy night, seem the staff was not prepared for that. Think some little improvements needed, and hope it happens. Much potential with this restaurant!

                              Went for the holiday tea. We were seated a half hour after our reservation. Very underwhelmed by service, the food and the overall feeling. To add to the experience a 25% service fee and a 2.5 credit card recapture fee was added. We won’t go back for this experience again.

                              Service, from front of the house to table was slow. Super slow. All of us arrived early, ordered wine, took looong time to get beverages, in restaurant. Once seated, took quite a while to get refills on wine. Not enough servers? Food was excellent.

                              First afternoon tea experience and the food did not disappoint. However, I felt we lack service. The servers were polite but not attentive at all. 24% gratuity for this service is mandatorily included on your bill. The ambiance was horrible. Tables and chairs are setup in a hallway. We possibly were sat at the worst table.
