The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Connor was fantastic! He was attentive and fun, he had great input and instincts on our needs. The gentlemen handling the carving station were awesome as well! Great vibes lots of laughter and the food was fantastic. My mom is still raving about the oysters and my husband about the lamb! It was superb! Thank you for creating such a joyous evening for us.

We enjoyed an amazing Thanksgiving dinner at the Urban Stillhouse! Chef Kenny and his crew prepared all the classic dishes, plus lots of other delicious options to sample! The service was top-notch, and the bartenders know how to whip up some fantastic drinks! We’ll definitely be returning, whether it’s a holiday or not!

Awesome variety of food for a Thanksgiving buffet. The best I’ve experienced for a holiday meal. The service by Dylan was superb! The ambience was amazing and it truly made our Thanksgiving meal that much more enjoyable..

This place is absolutely amazing! The craft cocktails are a delight, the food creative and fresh! The bison is a should not be missed nor the lamb chops! We are not local but we visit at least twice when we are in town. We had the pleasure of meeting Michael the manager last evening and now we understand why the crew is so service oriented! Kudos to him and his staff !

This place is always excellent. Food, drinks... the best. The bartender is a tad cold, but it adds to the charm of the place. Our waitresses were fun, and the hostess did a fantastic job.

We come all the time & consistently have good experiences here. Over the years, we have taken friends, family, and business to Urban Stillhouse and have always especially enjoyed the lamb chops (Gouda dip and pineapple upside down cake are favorites too)! This was our first time coming for brunch and while we did enjoy it (the tempura squash & pumpkin soup were both fantastic), the chicken & waffles and biscuits & gravy were both a little disappointing, particularly for the price. The gravy for the biscuits was a little watery and flavorless and while the chicken was very good, the waffles themselves were a little hard & tough for our liking. Overall, it was still very good though & we’re looking forward to returning to Urban Stillhouse!
