I ordered corned beef hash. It was not corned beef, but chunks of bacon (?), Ordered eggs over med, the whites were still runny. My friend had a club sandwich which is enjoyed. Waitress was very nice, service was good. Food never quite measures up. By the way, they were not busy at all.

While the view is nice, the service and food is subpar. Having to wait almost 5 minutes to be seated due to the fact that the hostess has to take a restroom break is a sign for a not well-coordinated restaurant team. After placing our order, we saw our waiter only once again, and that was when we paid at the front counter. No checking with us if everything was okay, if we needed anything else, etc. And the food was only average, with the French toast being burnt.

We went to The View to celebrate our anniversary. Requested an inside table, and were seated outside on bar stools facing out. Beautiful view, but we were hoping for a table to be able to look at each other. Ended up moving inside, and I think that's what threw everything off. It seemed there was only one server working the entire patio, and he did not really have time to provide attentive service inside. We ordered a bottle of wine, an appetizer, salads, and entrees. The appetizer, crab cakes, came out and was cold. All of the food was delivered by food runners. Unfortunately, no one came to check on how the appetizer was, so we ended up not eating it. Salads came next and were decent. I had the roasted beet salad, but it should have said canned beets salad. The entrees were delivered while salads were still on the table, so asked that the salads be cleared. That left us with no cutlery to eat our main courses. Had to ask for cutlery. I had the halibut and asked for lemon, and that was the one time we saw the waiter during the meal. He delivered me lemon wedges from the bar on a toothpick that he was holding in his hand. No one ever refilled our wine glasses the entire meal. Overall, the food was okay, but the service is what really made this a very disappointing experience. We were hoping this would be a memorable meal to celebrate our anniversary, but instead, it was extremely disappointing. Will not be going back.

I love coming here. It’s magical to sit outside and watch the sunset, as wild turkeys, and deer roam on the lawn in front of you. I come here for special occasions and bring visiting relatives and friends here. Everyone loves it. The food is fantastic.

We dined outside with a beautiful view. Our food was good but the server was terrible. It took him forever to find our wine and we waited over a half hour to get the check.

The calamari appetizer was different, not in a great way. The entrees were much more tasty and the service was ok, not great.
