I made an indoor reservation for 8 people, 2 weeks prior. We were up front waiting when the hostess looked at me & called my name (first only) We were walked to the outdoors and were told we would be split up. When we asked why and said we made the reservation for inside and asked why we were sitting separately, The hostess said she had to get her manager. Here comes this snooty woman, I don’t know her name but she was very rude and said we were actually brought to the wrong table. It was the same first name as me and that when they called “us” that it was a reservation for 10 and we should have known. She brought us to the correct table with no apologies for the misunderstanding.
Then here comes Richard, our waiter. He was such a delight! The food was good with a few exceptions. I recommend the Edamame, pretzel, and the Truffle Fries to start. For dinner, the Mac and cheese and Rigatoni Chipotle were the winners. One friend had the Fish n chips, which was good except for the creamy slaw. He said it had no flavor. Another had the Poblano Chicken Enchiladas and they were just ok.
For drinks, the Espresso martini and Strawberry Fields were really good. Overall, we would go back again but not to the Arcadia location.
