The Wallace Restaurant is a London dining experience just waiting to be discovered. Flooded with natural light and dotted with trees and sculptures, the restaurant offers an elegant lunch and afternoon tea in a sublime setting protected from both the elements and the bustle of the West End. Stop by our stunning courtyard and enjoy our drop-in café.

Make a reservation for:
A La Carte or Set Lunch Menu any day between 12:00 - 14:00.
Afternoon tea service, 7 days a week, between 12:00-12:30 & 14:30 - 16:00.

Please provide any dietary restrictions and/or allergies at least 48 hours in advance so we can guarantee accommodation.

We kindly ask all guests to vacate the building by the museum closing time of 5pm.

After viewing the valuable Wallace Gallery, the afternoon tea enjoyed in the middle garden of the building was also beautiful and meaningful.

While the champagne, service, and ambiance were all rather lovely, the food and dinner were, unfortunately, sorely disappointment. Butter was subbed for clotted cream, the scones were, I’m sorry, awful, and the tea was watery and generally not worth it.

What a fantastic afternoon tea we could have with our children and their grandmother. Everyone was so kind, intuitive, and considerate of our needs, as I use a mobility scooter. The food was yummy, the tea, divine, and the overall ambience some experience will make us return every year. Thank you, dear WALLACE Team for your help with everything. 🙏❤️

Wonderful place to lunch with guests who come from abroad to visit London. After a lovely lunch, where we were not rushed at all, we visited the amazing collection of paintings and French decorative arts. A great place to meet up with local friends as well. A jewel in the capital!

Why is that blonde female staff so grumpy? Rough attitude? Is it because we are Asians? One other staff made our service charge free, but I didn't say it for money.

A really nice place to meet up with friends in a very relaxed atmosphere. The menu had a good selection of food and drinks. The service by polite, friendly staff was good. They did not rush us so it was great to relax and enjoy our time. Price wise it’s quite expensive so would only go back occasionally.

I rarely get round to writing reviews, but we had such a wonderful experience at the Wallace Collection Restaurant today for their festive afternoon tea that I was compelled to leave one. The service in particular was fantastic, and it’s just such a beautiful setting. Well worth a visit!

Very grand surroundings in this stately townhouse just a short stroll from the hubbub of Oxford Street. The dining room is an impressive conservatory style structure at the rear of the building. The bench seating at some of the tables is too deep with poor back support. The festive Christmas lunch was disappointing. Small portions of turkey and vegetables were not sustaining. The Christmas pudding was totally dried out and tasteless (apart from sugar), and the custard looked as though it had come straight out of a microwave. Impressive building but the food offering was underwhelming. The house white is Pinot Grigio which was not stated on the menu. On a brighter note the service was good. Our waiter was attentive and friendly.
