We are accepting reservations to make your experience the most pleasurable. The White Marlin is a magnificent beach front steak and seafood restaurant that boasts a selection of seafood with a longstanding commitment to offering top quality ingredients from local fisheries up and down the coast of Florida. Freshness is our only priority working directly with fishermen and farmers, to bring you the most amazing fresh catches and beef there is to offer. With an ethos of spotlighting ingredients first, The White Marlins menu features simple preparations executed to perfection to allow quality to take center stage. We have two dining options for our guests experience between the more casual and lively Oyster Bar and patio to the traditional Main Dining Room. The Main Dining Room possesses classic and sophisticated warmth, is adorned with sharp accents throughout the room and plush seating lends the ideal setting for celebratory dinners or just a simple night on the town.

    Service was excellent. Food was top notch. The atmosphere was very nice. Not too loud, but not boring either. Very elegant. I enjoy the the white marlin very much

    Seriously my new favorite. Wonderful atmosphere and great food. It was a truly enchanting night dining under the stars.

    My wife and I dined there Feb 14th (Valentine’s Day) for the first time. We loved the atmosphere, the drinks were very good, and the food was fantastic. The service was top notch. We live here in Port St. Joe and we definitely dine here again and highly recommend. Five star food and service

    A great experience. We arrived early for Valentines reservation but were seated immediately. Staff were excellent and attentive.

    First let me say this is our favorite place to dine in PSJ and we go every time we are down here but this time the food was not good. $45 snapper was maybe 1/2” thick and greasy. Disappointing.

    We had the lobster tacos, flatbread, and, parmesian crusted grouper. All items were excellent!

    Here’s an example of a great review for The White Marlin & Oysterette in Port St. Joe: From the moment we walked in, The White Marlin exceeded all expectations.( we showed up early and the hostess accommodated) The waterfront views were absolutely breathtaking, making for the perfect sunset backdrop during dinner. Our server(Morgan) was attentive, knowledgeable and had a great personality! The oysters were fresh and perfectly shucked, and the Crab Cake was perfection. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of the food, service, and ambiance made it worth every penny. This place is a must-visit if you’re in Port St. Joe!
