The White Swan Woodnewton is a multi award winning gastro pub serving a popular menu with quality dishes for everyone's taste - from burger and pizza through to tapas, Greek, Chinese & Mexican dishes.
The White Swan was built in 1790 and has had a £150,000 refurbishment inside and out to create a contemporary space whilst retaining the history of the building.

    The food was great, there was some delays in the kitchen due to a mishap, but staff were communicating well. We would have like the food a little earlier, but understood they had a challenge. When the food arrived, it didn’t disappoint. The staff were very friendly and warming.

    As always the staff are fabulous. Slight issue in the kitchen meant food was delayed but the staff dealt with this politely and efficiently and delivered their usual wonderful service. Will come again

    Another excellent experience on what was a very busy evening. Greeted warmly and shown to our table at which point our drinks requests were taken. Our food was so good 👏👍😀 Great service and excellent food what more could you wish for 👍 As our granddaughter said, ‘this is my favourite place to eat’ and you don’t get better praise than that 😀 See you all again soon 👍😀👏

    Amazing variety on the menu, lovely relaxed pub, charming service, awesome ice cream sundaes. We will come again, glorious countryside location.

    The food was good value for money, there is plenty of choice on the menu to choose from. We really couldn't fault anything that we ordered
