   Our first time there. Our server was very good. Lovely views (we ate inside due to the temperature). Food was excellent. Ambience was very nice. My only complaint is that the wine lsit was over-priced.

   We celebrated my wife’s birthday and the service level was just incredible. Food was very good. View is just outstanding.

   Anniversary dinner with my wife. Made reservations but had to cancel on short notice was able to reschedule for Sunday June 1. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. We sat inside facing the Lehigh water fall. One thing I’ll say Thyme definitely has the best view in all of Easton. The mood inside was calm. They had up beat music playing that fit the rest of the ambience inside. For drinks. We decided to have premium cocktails as the wine menu pricing seemed quite high for the bottles. The premium cocktails were a bit more expensive than the regular cocktails but were well worth it. The pear martini my wife had was really good. I went with the “port of manhattan” good quality bourbon with the perfect combination of luxardo cherry juice and other flavorings. It was amazing. I wanted to get another but ended up choosing the “spring thyme old fashioned” also very good. Strong enough that two drinks was more than enough for the evening. For appetizers, we asked the servers advice to help us narrow down our choices, we got an order of the chicken dumplings and an order of the crab mango spring rolls. The flavor of the spring rolls was out of this world, full of crab and cooked to perfection. The dipping sauces with each appetizer were also amazing. For dinner I was again conflicted and the server helped me narrow down my choices. Ultimately I chose beef short rib. Was so good. My only complaint was it needed a little more gravy on the side. As I got to the end, it became a bit dry. The potato cake that came with it was, again perfectly fried and amazing. My wife had the salmon on top of the udon noodles. I could have eaten her entire plate that was so good as well. Dessert we split the strawberry matcha cake and it was more than enough to share. It was very interesting and the flavor was different but enjoyable. Took a little bit to get our second drinks and drink prices seemed a little high but were worth it. We will definitely be returning here again soon.

   We went for our anniversary. We had reserved outdoor seating and we changed to indoor since it was a windier day. They accommodated us well, our server was spectacular, very amiable and the food was delish. We had the stuffed French toast, steak and eggs and the chicken chorizo hash. Everything was yummy and the views were lovely. We got drinks which were delicious and courtesy champagne to celebrate. Great experience

   Fantastic service! The table we were first given, had a vent blowing on us, and it was very cool. The manager and staff were very accommodating. They moved us to a more comfortable table for us. The experience was awesome at this restaurant. Nothing but praise for the restaurant and the staff will definitely return.

   All the food was perfectly prepared and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so knowledgeable and patient. We got to sit at a window seat with the most beautiful view. I recommend Thyme 100%

   Thyme never disappoints! Had an out of town guest out for dinner and we chose Thyme, let me say it was a great way to impress her. The food was amazing and our server made the night for us.

   The food is excellent and hefty on the portion. Noise level in late afternoon is high. Overall, the experience is noteworthy.

    First the good things. Our table was by the window, so we had a beautiful view. We shared the spring roll appetizer. They were crispy and delicious. Our drinks were also very good. Here is why we won’t be returning. My companion ordered his filet medium rare. He received it medium. I ordered the pasta of the day. It was served with chicken. The pasta was dry and the chicken was overcooked to the point of being inedible. In addition, the guests at the table next to ours decided to stand while drinking their cocktails and waiting for their food. They were extremely loud and stood so close to us that our server couldn’t even get through. Overall, it was a really bad experience.
