Located on William Gunn Jetty, Tide has become a favourite with Manly's locals and visitors to the area since opening in 2016. Drop anchor at Tide any day of the week and enjoy fresh breakfast, tapas or a meal, and of course, a great selection of Australian, New Zealand and international wines. Had a booking for 7pm. We arrived at 7.05 and the table wasn’t ready. Had to stand in the passageway which blocked people coming in and out. We could have sat at one of the empty tables outside until it was ready. Food was good once it arrived waited almost 2 hours. Lamb shank lovely but only served with potato no veg with no option to add. Service was average., had to ask a few times for more water then only got 2 out of 4 topped up. You wouldn’t know it was New Years Eve, no atmosphere. Shame but we won’t be rushing back.

Service could be improved by the staff coming to the table to ask if we are ready to order rather than me having to go over to ask. Also asked for more water and never received it. Meals were quick and tasty as were paid drinks. Service let it down and definitely makes all the difference

Our first visit to Tide on the Jetty for a much needed date away from our young kids. Lovely chilled Ibiza bar vibe with excellent host and food. Each course of the feed me menu option was delicious and having the cool sea breeze on is on the warm summer evening was really nice. Actually felt like we were on holiday. Thanks again team. Stu and Mel

We had 4 lunches and 3 were great. The lamb shank tasted amazing but for the price it was not value for money. One shank and a small serve of potato was not enough for $40.00. Vegetables should have been included.

We had a lovely impromptu lunch today, booked ten minutes before but got an outside table which was lucky because it was in the breeze on a 33 degree day. Husband had the Tide burger with a cool beer and was very content with that. The bowl of mussels was fabulous and washed down with a crisp Pinot Gris. Can’t complain!

Great service, great food and great cocktails. Our young server was very friendly and attentive, with a ready smile. Had a great dinner experience with friends.

Good food and nice people serving, very noisy and too long waiting. 1/4 hour to get drinks and 1 hour to get food !

Had a great experience with great food. Our waitress was very accommodating to our allergies and made sure we were looked after throughout the entire time. Love it there and can’t wait for our next visit!

Dined on Friday, December 13th. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the service and attention from the staff were excellent. It was a bit noisy, but that’s understandable with several large parties celebrating the end of the year. The food was great, and I was especially impressed when they happily accommodated my request to have the beer-battered fish grilled instead—something I have found challenging to get in other restaurants. A great experience overall!
