The Timber Room Bar & Grill offers a deliciously wonderful “gastro-pub” menu in a newly renovated space. From steaks to salmon, teriyaki bowls to tacos, burgers and ribs, our menu has been designed to please all! Family-friendly and open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (dependent on season, please see current hours below). The ambiance is playful and social – full of logging memorabilia, live sports on the multiple screens, great music playing in the background, and a cozy fireplace section. When the weather warms up, the Comox Valley’s largest and most scenic patio overlooking the 18th green welcomes golfers, hotel guests, and local patrons alike. Come for a beverage, stay for a meal.

    A reunion for 6 ladies. Excellent all the way around. Everyone enjoyed their meals very much and our server was very attentive and made an extra effort. Highly recommend for a special lunch.

    We did have a reservation and our table was ready for us. The service was great, our server came immediately and took our drink order within seconds of sitting down. Thursday nights special was schnitzel which was plated well but unfortunately was a little overcooked. One of us ha a burger which was excellent and one had a chicken caesar which was a;so very good.

    Always a pleasant experience. Had a great steak and my partner enjoyed a delicious seafood pasta dish that came with a FRESH salad. Our server was excellent.

    Tonight at the Timber Room was disappointing. We had to flag down a staff member to come to our table after being seated for 10 minutes. Our server was less than efficient or friendly. We seemed to be an inconvenience to her. Disappointing we could not get a liter of house wine-only sold by the glass. They had run out of the prime rib special prior to our order. Overall, it was very disappointing compared to our last dining experience. It’s a shame, it’s such a lovely venue. It’s usually our favorite place to celebrate family birthdays but not last night. Hopefully things will improve before we dare to venture in again

    Disappointing food this time. Sandwich not up to usual fare. Music more lively that was expected. Service was great but may not be back for now.

    It was an excellent choice for a good conversation; not too noisy at all. Beautiful setting. Excellent service and meals tasty.

    The Timber room has graduated into a find dining place, in spite of being a pub. The removal of the ugly chain saws really enhanced the setting. The hostesses all looked great and moved with efficiency. The lamb shank was absolutely top. We loved our New Years experience at a place that is a pleasure to visit.
