Welcome to Tin Lizzy’s Taco Americana, the refreshed Midtown location of Atlanta’s beloved Tin Lizzy’s Cantina. Inspired by the relaxed, breezy west coast city of Palm Springs—the desert oasis known for its mid-century modern architecture and California-cool lifestyle—you’ll be transported with thoughtful design elements. Warm white oak paneling, vibrantly colored textiles and beach-chic original artwork set the scene. Service was lacking. Food was what you would expect from a chain Mexican restaurant. Ambiance was decent, however the booth we were sitting and had a giant rip in The vinyl which was somewhat uncomfortable to sit on. The top shelf skinny margarita was supposed to be fresh squeezed but taste more like roses lime juice. I'm definitely would not order again nor was it worth the $15 price tag. I will not be revisiting this restaurant nor would I recommend it to anyone else because there are plenty of other Mexican restaurant options nearby.

We aim for exceptional food and service and want to see what we can do to earn another chance to impress you. Please accept our apologies for the booth. We will address that immediately. Our top-shelf margaritas are very popular and are made with freshly squeezed lemon & lime, Herradura silver tequila, Grand Marnier, and a touch of agave. We wish we had known you didn't feel yours was right so we could have made you a new one. Our server, Jade, was wonderful! Great ambience for a casual eatery. Great food! Lots of creative options for Mexican style dining.

We were seated immediately at a great table in the back, And the staff was warm and welcoming. The food was good as always- I definitely recommend!

At Tin Lizzy's, the service and food experience were awesome. Jason, the manager, set a welcoming and positive tone from the start, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The staff delivered awesome service, making the visit truly enjoyable. The bartender was incredibly kind, mixing great drinks that added to the overall experience. It was clear that the team takes pride in providing excellent customer care.

I had the best lobster taco with slaw and avocado! It was delicious for a light dinner!

Very delicious! We started off with Texas margaritas & the three amigos & they were both amazing. I do believe it was the best cheese dip I have ever had. Then we moved on to the tacos. The tacos were also great. We will definitely be back.

Disappointed that the restaurant no longer is plant based friendly. The host wasn’t that pleasant. We had to flag down our waiter often to get things. The food was absolutely horrible, I had the mushroom and sautéed kale taco and the shell was soggy! On top of that the mushrooms and kale was tasteless and also had an after taste as if it was old. My friend also had a complaint about her lobster taco tasting as if it was expired. My buffalo cauliflower taco was also soggy and the buffalo sauce had a strong vinegar taste. Never going back to that location!

Excellent options on menu. My selections were custom prepared in response to knowledge about my allergies. Friendly and welcoming service.

Nice lunch outside under umbrella kinda warm but tolerable. Downtown atmosphere fine. Seemed slow day for staff. But food good. Enjoyed the visit.
