   La comida no estaba nada buena para su precio he ido otras veces y he ordenado lo mismo y a estado mucho mejor no sé qué pasó esta ves, también nos atendieron de una manera afanada cuando estábamos pidiendo las entradas nos hicieron pedir de una vez el plato fuerte que porque solo iban hacer una orden y no estar viniendo a la mesa

   I came with two ladies for brunch. We started with a bottle of wine and one bought a cocktail. The margarita came out first I tasted it. It was amazing and we continued to wait for our bottle of wine. We had to then ask for it because it did not come. The waitress apologized and got it over to us. We went over the menu and decided on appetizers, some She recommended and we ordered a steak appetizer and steak tacos were brought out instead. we were fine with that and tried them and all three of us spit it out. We informed her that we did not like it and she said she would tell the Chef . The sashimi was a bit thick and none of us ate it. The hamachi was absolutely amazing as well as the ceviche and oysters. We decided to also get one of the steaks that was a special it came with a spicy Mesquite sauce on top and eggs. we decided to not get the sauce or the eggs but requested truffle butter instead. The steak came out with the Mesquite spicy sauce on it and no truffle butter on the side. We started eating because we were hungry. It took a very long time to try to find the waitress to flag over. She then asked if we wanted it re-cooked, but by that time it was already too late. They then sent out truffle butter that was not warm, but just a hard lump of butter when the check came, they added $16 extra for the truffle butter. They kept on the tacos that we did not like and had an included tip. My friend was nice enough to pay when we went to the restroom so when we reviewed the bill, we asked why this was included and the waitress said oh it shouldn't have been included. That it was her fault but oh well she already paid. That was her response. For a bill that's over $700. I truly do not feel like we got the service or quality that it deserved. My guess is because a tip was already included, which is bizarre for only a table of three. I don't think I would return.

   Went to Toca Madera for a friend's date with my best friend. It was absolutely amazing from the service to the food and drinks. I had the Chicken Al Pastor with a side of the Mexican corn it was amazing. My friend had the SaImon with the cilantro lime rice and she said it was all delicious. We will be going back real soon.

   Unique experience with great service. However, the price point (especially the wine list) is completely out of line with the offering.

   great ambience great food. me n my girl come here often because its such a classy place. the drinks are great and the ceaser salad is the best in town

    They added 20% to a table of 5 as a “service fee” and then the waiter hand wrote “10% house - 10% server” next to that. In other words - give me more money (they even had the little tip math on the bottom). Sorry, but if I’m paying $250 for a steak I don’t need to be pressured for more money.
