The price of the menu is $275 CAD per guest (Wine pairing as add-on option) with the minimum spending of this experience is $2500 CAD. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. buen sabor de comida, raciones pequeñas y servicio muy muy lento. tuvieron un lindo detalle por el evento especial, eso nos ayudó a mejorar su calificación porque si fue demasiado lento el servicio.

Todo estuvo bien. El servicio muy tardado en general, 40 minutos para servir las bebidas y así tardaron entre platillo y platillo. Al final el mesero nos aventó la cuenta y sin decir más se retiró. Se le hizo poco el 13% de propina y solo cobró el total. Lo comentamos con el gerente porque es una actitud que no se debe permitir sobre todo en restaurantes con el respaldo de la Firma Ritz Carlton.

I picked it because my favorite spots were fully booked, and I thought I could trust the reviews I had read. Big mistake. Let’s start with the fact that it’s super overpriced. The food isn’t tastes bad, but it’s obvious there isn’t a fine dining chef behind it. There are just so many tacky details, glitter on a cocktail, gold leaves on the meat, and an attempt at a rose-shaped ravioli that ended up being a classic case of “what you ordered vs. what you got.” My boyfriend and I couldn’t help but laugh; our faces were priceless. I just can’t with these places trying so hard to be fancy when everything about them screams “I am not fancy at all.” The service itself wasn’t bad in terms of how we were treated, and I feel bad saying this because I know they’re all trying their best, but it’s clear they don’t have fine dining experience. They don’t know how to properly explain a dish, they don’t clean the table or replace cluttering between courses… you can tell. Honestly, spending CAD 400+ here felt like a complete waste of money. But even worse, it wasted what was supposed to be a special, unforgettable experience—although, to be fair, it will be unforgettable… for the laugh we had when they brought out that “rose-shaped” ravioli 🤣
