Tom Brown’s Restaurant specializes in wet aged hand-cut Certified Angus Beef, the freshest seafood flown in, and house-made entrees. We serve only exceptional food with authentic hospitality. On the wetter side, choose from house craft beers, an extensive wine list, and signature hand crafted cocktails.

With two large, covered patios, a spacious dining room, and custom 30 foot long bar, Tom Brown’s has plenty of space to enjoy food, family and friends in a casual, welcoming environment!

NYE and open building layout equates to loud environment. But nothing unexpected. Easy reservations even for NYE. Very good food and service (Torri).

Very Tasty entrees and delicious appetizers. The wait staff are great at helping guests with food selection for first time visitors. It’s a Must Try Restaurant!!!

First time visit. Family dinner with adult children. Taylor, our server, was friendly and informative. Quite a busy night but he did a good job of tending our needs. Food was excellent. Best seafood and game in the city. Nice wine list with affordable and high end wines. Interesting cocktail menu. Will definitely return.

Tom Brown's is probably my favorite restaurant in the area for fine-dining/special occasions. It's definitely pricey, but the food is always great and the service is excellent. The inside has a modern art aesthetic that I'm not crazy about, but the decor isn't so loud that it's distracting.

As I have stated in the past, the service was excellent. The service is probably the best one could expect anywhere, but don't usually find. The food was good overall although my Filet Mignon had a kind of dry taste {which is hard to explain}. I don't usually eat a Filet Mignon so maybe it was just me. I also had add-on fried shrimp which were excellent. My wife had a shrimp platter which she thoroughly enjoyed. I know this is hard to cook and can lead to waste, but Prime Rib would be an excellent addition to their menu, IMO.

Excellent choice for fine dining. Everything was delicious. We were recommended by friends and it did not disappoint!

Met by sullen hostess, acted like it was an imposition to serve us. Jose, our waiter was attentive and friendly. Noise level was unacceptably high due to pop style Christmas music played at too high a level. Lighting too bright. The place is mostly white inside, making it a less than intimate dining experience. Felt like diners were on display. The "Mean Green Egg rolls were lacking any discernable flavour. The Wagyu steak was over salted, masking any flavour. The texture of the meat was good, I wonder what it might have tasted like. The Barramundi too was over salted, and the texture indicated a travel weary fish. It might have been "flown in fresh" but that event might have transpired a while ago. The loaded baked potato was fine, nothing inspiring, just a potato and stuff in it. The dessert, while good, was not inspiring or impressive. Just a cinnamon roll covered in compote, topped with vanilla ice cream. The house wine was fair, what one would expect from a house wine by the glass. Food timing was good, courses arrived in a timely and appropriate fashion.
