Top of The V, 12th floor rooftop setting provides spectacular views where guests can enjoy SoCal’s year-round beautiful weather as well as features an exhibition kitchen, private dining room, pool and a stunning outdoor dining terrace with fire pits.

We embrace culinary influences throughout Spain and love to introduce guests to new techniques and flavors. To accompany the menu is a Spanish-influenced beverage program and modern classics, resulting in an effortlessly cool craft cocktail bar. Our bar’s feature 20 taps that pour local craft beers from across California, and the wine list features bottles from Spain, California, Oregon and the Old World.

En general el lugar es perfecto para un momento de relax con buena comida y excelente ambiente. Los precios son justos y el lugar es muy lindo.

The food is alright not crazy, cocktails are whatever. The fireworks are nice tho

The ambience was okay. Lighting is a bit bright but they do try to turn it down for the fireworks. However it is still hard to see because of the glare on the windows. Outdoor area seems like it would be nice in summer. Food was okay. Vegetable paella didn’t have much flavor. Charred octopus had good texture and wasn’t chewy. Parking is validated at the front desk of the hotel, not the restaurant.

This was the first time dining at Top of the V. We did pay extra $ to sit next to the windows and had an amazing view of the city & DCA fireworks. That on its own felt worth it. We had the charred octopus and it was great! We also had their land & sea bomba rice 10/10. Our server Sam, was great. She even gave us a cheesecake on the house for our anniversary

Consistently go here for the views and good food. My only gripe would be that the waiters often take too long to service your table, especially with compared to other restaurants within the same price bracket.

Service was excellent. Paella very good but a bit over salted. Wine list disappointing, limited choices and virtually none that were on the website wine list.

We enjoyed a delighful spainish experience… we really enjoyed the variété of the tapas. Our favorite was the octopus dish. À very friendly staff who helped us choose cocktails and then the tapas.
