   The place has a good atmosphere. The service is great, They are attentive without being obtrusive a hard balance to strike. The food is good. The value at happy hour was quite good. Really do my wife and I finish dinner at around $50 and that was with 2 ciders. It was a perfect place to have dinner being only a mile from the Moda center where we saw a concert that night. If you are looking for a place to eat that is close to event centers this is a great option.

   Excellent food and service. it's a beautiful space but not cozy and is a bit cold. maybe add some plants and candles, dim the lights. despite that we will be back.

   This is more of a daytime lunch spot, that is trying to bill itself as upscale dining. Called twice to make a reservation, on two separate days, left messages both times as there was no answer, and never got a call back. Made the res on OpenTable, and when we showed up, had to wait an extra 15 min for a table despite there being maybe 3 small groups seated. Then the service from there was not great at all, and the one food item we ordered was not at all what it was described. It was supposed to be charred multi-colored carrots. What arrived were all orange, way too big, and not at all charred. Ended up not ordering more and just having drinks.

   My evening at Toro was one of the strangest dining experiences I've had. The restaurant is very large, and we were the only patrons during the entirety of the 2.5 hours (enjoying the company) we were there. I had one cocktail that was average and one that was terrible. The food was mediocre. There are several great places in Portland for street tacos and other Mexican food. I advise venturing elsewhere.

   We dined as a party of 3 for dinner before a Timbers soccer match. The food was delicious and fairly quick. The ceviche trio was fresh and a great way to try them all. Highly recommended. Empanadas are yummy. Quick walk to Pioneer Park too.

   very inviting staff when we arrived. The bartender offers some tasty drink selections. once we sat Zack did a great job as our waiter making great recommendations. We had 6 guests and everyone's food was exceptional. I can't wait to return.

   Very surprised Toro is not on more people’s radar. Food is fantastic, drinks (margaritas) are off the chart good.
