What a wonderful experience dining at Toulouse! It was our first time there and we were celebrating our anniversary. Such a beautiful restaurant, the decor was spot on and very inviting. The hostess was so kind and welcoming. Our server (Cameron) was excellent and gave us many recommendations from menu items to wine selections. We enjoyed the live music too! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful anniversary celebration!

The food was excellent as always and the Rose all day decor for the event was perfect. Between the loud speakers, noisy bar and then additional live music, we were literally yelling at each other at a mall 4-top. Shen, our server was truely awful, slow, unresponsive and then almost whispered which combined with the noisy atmosphere was frustrating. Drinks were out more than once. We could not find her and had to ask another server to go get her. Disappointing.

Waiter appeared to b new so service was below average. Spilled an appetizer of muscles & sauce from dish ended up on’my sons shirt & another appetizer. I can understand when accidents happen but there was no offer to comp the appetizer or any other gracious offer to offset the spill or slow service. Most disturbing to me was at time for payment. I was initially presented a detailed check for approximately $550 for our party of 6 which I reviewed and appeared to be correct. I presented my credit card & when the bill was returned for me to sign the details were gone & the check was e approximately $110-$120 higher with no explanation of the increase. When I asked the waiter if a tip had been added by the restaurant he told me he didnt know but would find out. Sure enough the restaurant added a tip & increased the amount of our dinner. It felt dishonest to me not to include the tip in detail or have the waiter advise a tip had been added

We had a good food experience but it took a ridiculous amount of time to receive our wine as well as our coffee that came cold. they also gave us the wrong check. we will give it another try for the food and atmosphere.

It's almost too loud to hear yourself talk with the person next to you because of the music but the music was very good. A little too much for noon on Saturday.
