We had a reservation for my mother’s birthday, and Johnny our server provided such a good experience and service. Food was served on time and was absolutely delicious!

Good food. My friend had the ribeye steak with a lobster tail. I had the seafood sampler with yellowfin tuna tartare. The food itself was good but you don't get a proper quantity for the price that is being charged. The portion sizes are pretty small. My friend ended up going to McDonald's after the meal, which is a bit silly, considering how much she paid for it. Otherwise , the food is good. The ambience was a bit noisy as the evening continued. I guess it was due to being seated close by the bar. If there is a next time, I'll ask to be seated elsewhere. Overall, not bad!

Dear Vanessa, Thank you for your positive feedback on our cuisine. However there is something that needs to be clarified for our guests and readers. Your friend ate a 6oz Filet Mignon with a Lobster Tail, no appetizers. If she was hungrier she could have ordered more! We are here for that. Meanwhile you chose the Tuna Tartare and the Shellfish Cocktail. These are appetizers, and are thus portioned as that. If you wished, you could have chosen to eat the Double Tuna Tartare, which we offer on our menu. Per the noise, the bar was quite busy yesterday. If the noise was an issue we would have been happy to move you to another table. However, if you do not inform the server or management, we naturally assume you are happy with the table. Service très moyen! Pas de pain. J’ai du le demander. Le serveur a retiré la corbeille avant que notre plat principal soit servi. Les huîtres étaient ordinaires. Par contre, le steak était bon.Musique très forte! Le serveur pas très aimable. Nous ne retournerons pas à ce resto.

Depuis que nous les avons introduites, elles ont été bien accueillies par nos clients. Si elles n'étaient pas à votre goût, nous aurions été heureux de les changer pour vous! The waiter was very good, we had a complaint about one of our dishes and he went to get the Manager, who came with an arrogant attitude and shrugged it off. I then advised the waiter to come back and see the dish for himself and he agreed with our complaint, it was evident and reasonable and said he would go back and tell the Manager. The Manager never came back to see us and we were not even offered a compensation nor to exchange the dish, nor a discount on the dish! I thought the manager's attitude was very poor and disappointing, since I usually really enjoy coming to dine in this restaurant and never had an issue before. I expect that if something isn't up to par, or unsatisfactory to the client, it should not be ignored and as clients, should get treated with good service, especially being, this is a supposed to be a high class, white glove service restaurant!
