So expensive, for what you get. Food was nice, but not $75 worth for a steak and burger!

Met up with friends for a catch up lunch. Signed in as temporary member as instructed. Whilst lunch was lovely, we decided to finish off with a coffee and dessert from the display cabinet. This is where we made a mistake, we were astounded at the price. I ordered 2 coffees and a mini passionfruit cheesecake - $31.25?? Our friends also ordered 2 coffees and 2 mini lemon meringue tarts - $41?? When we asked a staff member why these were so expensive, we were informed that it was a surcharge as we weren't members? I am not against a surcharge, however I think that it was excessive to say the least. Apparently if we have 'paid' to become a temporary member at the entrance we would not be charged such a high surcharge ( though this was never mentioned at our entry). Not sure that we will meet up here again - a shame, nice atmosphere and location.

Staff were fantastic! Food was great. Shame that we were unable to order a coffee after lunch as apparently the kitchen was closed!

Was a super busy day Kitchen definitely needs more staff We waited for our meals over a hour 2 little kids we asked to get the kids meals early if possible but sadly no We enjoy coming but kitchen needs more staff in the weekend

When it’s very busy think extra staff at the ice cream section be a good idea plus customer needs to be able to pay at ice cream section, not line up again at the food order lineup Staff are all very helpful and friendly and work hard Food is always delicious prices comparable to other venues Great spot to bring kids / grandkids with indoor and out door play area

Another great time at Tradies Helensburgh! Food, service and amenities are exceptional. The new indoor play area is great for the smaller children. Will continue enjoying all this place has to offer!

I would not recommend this place at all. The staff was very rude, not helpful at all. Food was u eatable. Way over priced for unbeatable food.
