Trattoria Zooma is now Trattoria Appia. We are the same ownership, team and location and continue to pursuit of the highest quality local and DOP Italian ingredients to prepare simply as our ancestors did. We serve Authentic Neapolitan recipes in a traditional, modern and casual atmosphere with seasonal "al fresco" outdoor dining and fresh house made pasta. Offering an extensive menu of award-winning wines that includes many exclusive selections and flights so you can enjoy an impromptu wine tasting anytime. Trattoria Appia is also available for private parties and corporate events with custom menus, wine lists and seating arrangements. We offer free WiFi and free valet parking.

Open 12 pm to 10 pm Wednesday through Sunday, 5 pm to 10 pm on Tuesday. Closed Monday. For parties larger than 6 please call us directly 401-383-2002 or email events@trattoriaappia.com to better accommodate and answer questions you may have.

First time there an I recommend this place to everyone. I enjoyed the unique homemade dishes they had on the menu. The “black ribbon pasta “ with shrimp was very tasty !!

Greeted and seated right away, also valet service! Salads were great, pasta was out of this world good, service was spot on. We will return. Also, many Vegan options on pasta dishes.

The music was too loud for dining and we requested turning it down and they did but still too loud. Food was okay, not great. We did enjoy our service with Darrell as our waiter

From the moment you walk in your greeted, then escorted to your table atmosphere, attractive, clean, and relaxing. The service, amazing and attentive the food delicious, and plentiful and extremely fresh. This was the first time my family visited this restaurant, but it will not be the last don’t skip dessert if you do, you’ll have missed something extra extraordinary. The crème brûlée was amazing from start to finish an excellent experience.

They overbooked their reservations. Very noisy. The waiters forgets to put in parts of our orders. Too much clutter on table. Veal chop was dry and overdone on 2 plates. Only 1 slice of italian meat on our charcuterie board. Bill was $340.

When I reserved a table, I requested a high top table but we were seated at a regular table without explanation or acknowledgement of my request. Our waiter seemed very inexperienced. When we ordered our appetizer, he wanted to take out entree order but we hadn't decided. We were asked 3 more time while waiting for our appetizers and eating our appetizers. When we ordered, my husband ordered veal piccata with homemade pasta. He got chicken piccata. When we pointed out the error, the waiter asked if we were sure we ordered veal and not chicken. My son and I were done eating before my husband's correct entree came out. He did get veal but it was not Piccata, It was thick pieces of veal, sauted with a very strong lemon sauce. At the end of the meal, we ordered $300 in gift cards since they were offering $40 free with the purchase of $100. The waiter brought $300 in gift cards but not the extra $120. When I questioned him about it, he said the bonus was online only (wrong). I told him that was not what the offer on the menu said but if that was the case, he would need to cancel the purchase. The waiter checked with his manager and brought the extra gift card. To top it all off, the receipt printed so poorly, it took all 3 of us to figure out what the amount of the bill was so we could leave a tip. All in all very disappointing for a place we have enjoyed more than once for lunch.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving gathering here. Its warm ambiance, great service and terrific food was the perfect way to celebrate Thanksgiving. Exactly what we were looking for and needed!

We love Appia! The staff are amazing. Food delicious. Our server was great, remembered us from previous times. The hostess is always warm, kind and welcoming. She made sure we were happy with our seats, our meal and made our time with visiting family from out of town very special. We love Karen!
